I love weeks like this one. Weeks where your brain is expanded as to what is possible. I’m working on refining my organization and web copy, and it’s going to be HOT. You’ll see. Tweaks start avalanches. I have a feeling I’m getting ready to start one.
And then…THEN. The future! I’ve got big plans for January and beyond. It’s this September fever, I’m telling you. I love September.
Annoying how vague I’m being, isn’t it? Just consider it the sheet that I’m laying down over the surprise. The fact that the sheet EXISTS gets me excited. Because eventually I’ll be ripping it off. Yay!
Start laying your sheets down, too
Gwen Bell has written just about the best post alive on creating your personal manifesto. She’s going to be turning that material into a full-on course that she’ll be teaching live all over the place. Love that girl. She’s all kinds of brilliant.
In the course of rocking your OWN brilliance, you might want to start laughing at your inner lizard (that’s the guy who makes you freak out over non-life-threatening stuff). Mine’s name is Collins.
Come to find out, I’m not that important
Or so Danielle LaPorte reminds me in her two-part exercise. (I like part two better, but maybe that’s just me.)
After you get done wallowing in your own frailty, head on over to Zen Habits guest-poster Steve’s 3 Jedi Mind Tricks to Feel Better in a Nanosecond.
Freak out, people!
I’m saying that rather than “Peace out” because I’m definitely too excited to be peaceful today. I hope you are, too. The web is such an exciting, limitless place. Remember that! (Oh yes, and if you haven’t signed up for yummies yet, you should. I sent one out today that had me drooling and happy.)

Are you a Libra? Because I’m thinking maybe a similarity in the alignment of planets could explain why I’m also experiencing avalanche style shifts in thinking about what I do and how I do it.
Yay, for gettin’ your freak on

I’m excited for you and for me too ’cause your, well, excitement bubbled over! There IS something near magical about September that gets ingrained in us as schoolchildren, don’t you think? New beginnings and possibilities and a wonderful cooler breeze from which to launch good stuff. (And new school clothes never hurt the mood either.)
Looking forward to seeing what’s behind the sheet! Many prayers for the momentum and promise of autumn to last us ALL all the way through next spring!
Weriously (oops, meant seriously, but weriously is so funny I don’t want to erase it), your bubbling excitement is getting me all excited ~ woohoo! Happiest, sweetest, magical-est sheet laying down post ever.

Rebecca: I actually am! That’s too funny. I guess our birthday’s our coming up soon then, huh?
Jennifer, Emily-Sarah, and Briana: Woooooot! I know, September is aMAZing. That feeling of fresh breezes, football season, and sharpened pencils is just too surreal. Almost like Christmas but different.
